Preparation time: 25-30 min
Preheat oven to 325°

Ingredients:
1 onion, sliced
1 24 oz. jar ZerGut Roasted Pepper Strips, sliced
3-4 eggs
1 1/2 C. ZerGut Bulagrian Feta Cheese
1-2 large tomatoes, chopped, may be added if desired.

1. In a medium pan, fry the onion and the pepper strips.
2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs.
3. Press the cheese with a fork and add the eggs. Add to frying pan and fry until cheese mixture is melted in with onion and peppers.
4. Garnish with parsley.
