Indo-European Foods, Inc.® has made arrangements with one of the largest
Bulgarian dairy plants to make 100% sheep milk cheese, Feta, and Kashkaval.
Featured Items
 | Bulgarian Feta: The Bulgarian 100% sheep milk Feta is creamy and
considered the best of all Feta's produced. After the fall of Communism, the
exports from Bulgaria opened up and a lot of low quality cheese was exported
that ruined the quality name associated with Bulgarian cheese. With this new
relationship, Indo-European has managed to join with a producer in Bulgaria
who also believes in high quality standards, and together we are promoting
the high quality cheese under the ZerGut label. The Feta is available in the
original 14 kilo tins (31 lbs), along with 2 lb. plastic buckets and 28 oz.
easy-open cans. |
 | Kashkaval: Kashkaval is a mild, semi-firm cheese popular with the
Mediterranean and Eastern European communities. The Kashkaval comes in the
original 19 lb. loaves, along with 35 oz. (1 kilo) wheels and new 17 oz.
half-moon vac-pac pieces. All the weights are random weights. |
If you are familiar with Bulgarian cheese, ZerGut's new line of Bulgarian
cheese brings back the quality of traditional Bulgarian cheese.
